National cricketer Imam-ul-Haq has been ruled out of the series against South Africa due to injury.
An X-ray report of Imam-ul-Haq‘s thumb has come, according to which the fracture of the thumb could not be cured.
The national Test squad for the series against South Africa will be announced on January 15. Chief selector national cricket team Muhammad Waseem has said that initially a 20-member Test squad will be announced.
