Try to develop the habit of accepting the things and people as they exist. Don’t always make plants to change them. Appreciating the factors that exist in your daily life as they exist in their original form is one of the best way to have a happy and a healthy life.
Mindfulness technique is one of the best way to perform meditation. To perform mindfulness you just have to sit on a comfortable chair or even you can use floor for this. Never get too rigid but your posture must be upright.
Slowly close your eyes and focus on the things or start enjoying the view that is coming in your mind.
Now begin to focus on your breathing, don’t breath too fast or too slow just keep it very natural.
Focus on the inhale and exhale process. Try to do it for few minutes in a very upright position.
You may feel that when you begin your mind wanders but this is not such a thing that you get much worried about. Now try to focus and bring back your wandering mind to some point where it may find better concentration.
When your mind finds a central point now try to accept the thoughts as they exist don’t ever try to change them accepting the reality is one of the most neglected factors that will lead to a great life.
When we live in dreams and try to manipulate the real life things we get disappointed and depression and anxiety are the two monsters that we have to face in such situation.
